Q: How do I place an order on your website?
A: To place an order, simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can choose your preferred shipping option and payment method.
Q: What are your shipping rates and estimated delivery times?
A: Shipping is handled by Hong Kong Speedpost and freight charge is calculated based on weight and volume of the parcel. Your order should normally arrive within 15 working days after order confirmation (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Hong Kong public holidays ). However, we are not liable for any delays in the delivery of the merchandises due to flight delay, local customs clearance and other unexpected/ uncontrollable causes. Some countries may also have individual merchandise import controls on specific products therefore parcels going to these countries may subject to delay.
Q: What is the product warranty?
A: One year warranty is guaranteed on manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects refer to technical problems occurred during the course of production, that are not caused by human. Any cracks, scratches, punches, splits and damages due to human negligence are not applicable and will not be covered by the product warranty.
Q: What gas is used on your lighters?
A: Quality butane gas is recommended.
